Preference will be given to qualified candidates who can demonstrate experience in the following;

• Opening and security
• Designating duties and stations to junior FOH staff
• Ensuring that the service is at all times performed in a professional manner and to the style as specified by the Restaurant Manager
• Maintaining a holistic state during service time between the customer, FOH and BOH
• Liaising between FOH and BOH in service time
• Full menu, beverage and operational knowledge and the ability to share with juniors
• Supporting the staff, and operating as a safeguard in times of crisis
• Keeping a high Standard of personal hygiene and appearance of FOH staff
• Training and motivation of all junior FOH staff
• Stock maintenance and inventory checking
• Cashing up procedures and banking
• Closing and security

The ideal candidate will come from a Restaurant/Hospitality background and must be PIC Certified. Candidates who have a minimum experience of 3 years in Casual Dining setup are highly desirable.
