  • Serve as the 1st POC for IT issues, requests, escalations and feedbacks.
  • Ensure all incoming IS service issues are logged, prioritized and assigned to the correct teams.
  • Generate stats on Incidents on a daily business to monitor KPI’s.
  • Provide 1st and 2nd level technical support to end users
  • Configuration & Troubleshooting of PDT’s and POS.
  • Trending and reporting on Incidents & Requests.
  • Support store stock inventories.
  • Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners
  • Identify root cause of issues and liaise with product teams for resolutions and or provide appropriate workarounds for common incidents improving customer experience.
  • Update Known error record & process documentations
  • Do preventive maintenance of IT assets.
  • Major Incident/Problem review
  • Responsible for customer feedbacks &escalations
