Preference will be given to qualified candidates who can demonstrate experience in the following:
  • Designing and implementing planned  preventive maintenance (PPM) programs to maximize equipment and facilities availability.
  • Providing timely solutions for any equipment malfunctions assuring the impact on business operations is minimized.
  • Establishing the processes and procedures are performed in compliance with the Safety and Health standards, UAE laws and Meraas Policies.
  • Developing maintenance annual budget and preparing the weekly and monthly follow-up reports.
  • Evaluating and implementing Service Bulletins from Equipment and ride Suppliers.
  • Maintaining spare parts storage system to assure appropriate service time in reparations.
  • Managing 3rd party hard FM service providers as required by the business.

The ideal candidate will preferably be from the Entertainment industry with considerable experience working in a Waterpark Facility.  You will have a Bachelor’s Degree or professional qualification in the relevant field and possess minimum 5 years of work experience in a similar role.
